Led by the production manager, teachers and students took an orderly tour of the company’s core production areas. From raw material pre-processing and precision stretching to automated cutting and packaging, the students witnessed firsthand the entire process of producing high-quality PTFE raw tape—each roll meticulously crafted under the operation of our advanced equipment. The students showed great interest in our equipment. On-site, the company’s technical staff explained the material properties and operating principles of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), as well as key information about the equipment itself, vividly bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge from textbooks and real-world industrial applications.
During the subsequent exchange seminar, the company’s technical experts engaged in an in-depth dialogue with the students. The students eagerly asked questions on topics such as optimization of production processes, trends in the development of environmentally friendly materials, and the potential applications of sealing technology in various emerging industries. The company representatives, drawing on their own experiences, ... National High-Tech Enterprise R&D practices, and in International certifications such as WRAS Provided detailed answers to each of the questions based on our experience in this area, and shared the company’s exploration of the transition from traditional manufacturing toward “specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation” and “intelligent manufacturing.”
